#9530 inadvertently broke the "escape hatch" added in #9398 by updating the legacy
wasmstorage key when the?compiler=jsquery parameter was added instead of the newwasmOptOutstorage key.This PR fixes that by using the new
wasmOptOutstorage key. This should be cherry-picked into Flutter beta.
